To further ensure everyone's safety, by minimizing close physical contact, we will being accepting repair payments through our PayPal account, via email only. General Information/Terms and Conditions
The Labor Rate for each piece of equipment submitted for evaluation, and/or repair is based on $60.00 per hour, with a minimum of 1 hour. Additional labor time is billed in 1/4 hour increments. The minimum fee for each item is due prior to our acceptance of your equipment.
Please review the warranty information for your equipment. Should your equipment failure be due to any issue not covered by the expressed agreement between you and the manufacturer, you will be liable for all labor and parts costs incurred in the repair.
Occasionally, equipment may seemingly fail to operate properly, with the actual problem being due to associated outboard gear, power sources, or just a dreaded gremlin. In these cases, where there is "No Problem Found", the manufacturers will not reimburse their service centers for fees involved in troubleshooting the equipment, so payment becomes the responsibility of the equipment owner.
Please be aware that all warranty claims require proof of purchase from an authorized dealer. Please submit a copy of your original sales receipt, to us, when delivering your equipment for service.
